Standard Terms and Conditions for All Procurements
These are generic terms that apply to all procurements. Please note, however, that the terms and conditions with respect to law and regulation, apply only to the extent that underlying laws and regulations apply. For example, the Service Contract Act and a number of FAR Clauses do not apply to foreign companies operating outside of the United States. These terms apply except to the extent that they are modified on the face of the Purchase Order or in the Specification included with the Purchase Order.
