Vendor Data

3PSC's Purchase Orders are normally considered subcontracts
under one or more Prime Contacts with the Federal Government.  As a
result, in addition to the normal data that any buying company needs to collect
from its vendors, 3PSC is required to collect information required by the FAR
(Federal Acquisition Regulations).  This data helps 3PSC and its Federal
Government customer demonstrate compliance with various laws and
regulations.  We appreciate the time our vendors take to provide this
information.

3PSC is required
to have the attached Vendor Registration form on file in order to issue a
Purchase Order.
