Our management team is comprised of seasoned individuals experienced in the private and federal sector. Our team members have held management and executive roles in service contracts for the Department of Energy, the Navy, the Army, and for the major oil companies.

Gary King
Mr. King is the President and Chief Executive Officer of 3PSC. Prior to 3PSC, Mr. King was Vice President of Operations for two startup information technology companies, NextGig and Sliceware. Mr. King was also President of DynCorp's subsidiaries, Dyn Logistics Services and Dyn Marine Services. Between 1986 and 1999, Mr. King's units at DynCorp yielded almost $500 million in total revenues.
Mr. King's prior employers include INTEL, the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO), Nuclear Assurance Corporation, Combustion Engineering and the U.S. Navy where he served as an officer on board nuclear powered submarines. Mr. King graduated with merit from the United States Naval Academy earning a BS in Applied Mathematics.
Robert Petrosino
Mr. Petrosino is the Vice President of Operations and Engineering for 3PSC. Prior to 3PSC, Mr. Petrosino was a senior port engineer for Dyn Marine Services. Mr. Petrosino's prior employment includes CACI where he provided technical logistics support for MSC ships, and as a staff engineer and shipboard engineer for MSO Inc.
Mr. Petrosino graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy earning a BS in Marine Engineering.
Susan King
Ms. King is the Vice President of Administration for 3PSC. Prior to 3PSC, Ms. King was Director of Human Resources for a startup information technology company, Sliceware. Ms. King was a licensed broker for the Jobin Real Estate, Decker Realty and Professional Realty companies from 1987 through 2002. She was a member of the Tidewater Real Estate Board's Realtors Ethics Committee. She was also a licensed real estate agent in Georgia .
Ms. King graduated, cum laude, from Smith College earning a BA in Government.
Hugh Mackrell
Mr. Mackrell is Vice President of Finance for 3PSC. He is responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting. Prior to working at 3PSC, Mr. Mackrell was the CFO for MarketBridge Corporation, the Jefferson Consulting Group, The Lt. Joseph P. Kennedy Institute, Global Associates Ltd., and NuCable Resourses. His public accounting experience includes 14 years with Grant Thorton and Deloitte & Touche.
Mr. Mackrell is a graduate of the University of Maryland, BS Accounting, Summa Cum Laude. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
